Coming Soon - Instructions...

Hi Crafters :o) Just a quick note, I will be posting the instructions and dimentions for my Hat stand I designed for the Steam Punk hat I posted the other day .. It really is easy to make and I would love to see your pics if you decide to make one ..... Thank you :o)

Steam Punk Hat & Stand

I made the Steam Punk Hat a few weeks ago Designed by Kim Costello, taken from the Craft Stamper magazine, If you did`nt get this mag dont worry you can download the template from www.craftstamper.com ...... 
To display the hat I designed a hat stand, made from chip board painted it black and embellished with cogs and black and yellow paper roses found in my craft stash.

In the next few days I will post my design for the hat stand with all the dimensions and materials needed..... Happy Crafting

Folding Photo Album

Well after an afternoon of taking Pictures of the Folding Photo Album inspired by and designed by Clare, My Creative Spirit... Hope you like my spin on this project, I really enjoyed making this and I`m sure I will be making more :o)

Welcome the weekend ..

Well here comes the weekend and Im all set for getting the photos taken for the Steam Punk style hat, also the Photos for the Fold out photo album taken from the design by Charlie Jones (my creative spirit) I saw on youtube... So a busy day :o)

Home at last

Hi to any n all :o) Well home at last from a long drive back to the Shire from London...after a long soak in the bath and now sat doing nothing in front of the TV chilling.... Tomorrow back to work, but so cant wait for the weekend to photo the fold out photo album I made ( with thanks to mycreativespirit.blogspot.com) brilliant online teacher by the way, also to log and blog the Steam Punk hat and stand in the process of completion .. so busy busy busy :o)

Unblocked

Well I think I can safely say that the blockage to crafting ideas has gone :o) due to the fact of visiting some great sites and other crafters blogs ... So when I get home from this jaunt down to the big smoke, I can start to put them into action instead of just going into my craft room and looking at all my stuff still in boxes NOT being used... well watch this space.

Drive to London

Well that was a long day yesterday, a full days work up at 6:15 am work for 8 am finished at 8.30 pm then drove down to London from Lincolnshire a three n half hour drive which was followed by a catch up with the in-laws that lasted till 2:30 am, so it has left me and my other half tired. 

After a good nights sleep and a bit of a lay in we headed out to Woking and went to a place called Charlie Chungs for a meal ... Very nice, Oriental food and Indian .. all you can eat menus mmmmmmmmmmm!! think we will be visiting there again Oh yeah ! 

Well to who ever, will bw checking in again soon, Hopefully back home and posting my latest altered crafts on here .......

Hi Yep me again, just a quick note .... think I may have solved the problem of crafters block...... just get on with something and see where it leads, I have a project to finish so will be posting it up soon.. Its a Top Hat miniature Steam Punk style, I originally saw it in the Craft Stamper magazine also on youtube, I have designed my own stand for it and so will be blogging the result in the coming week ..... But before I do this I have to be in London sorting out a travel visa for the USA, so will catch up soon .. :o)

Crafers block

Hi to any and all... Have any of you guys out there suffered from Crafters block.. meaning you just cant get going, well thats where Im at.

Today is Fri 19th of Oct and my partner and me went to a couple of craft shops and chose some papers and some stamps, ribbon for various card projects and competitions my partner AJ enters.. In the meantime I have a head full of ideas and ways to alter items books, cards, tags ideas I have picked up from the internet or youtube.. But all the same I just cant get myself into gear and start using things I have bought for paticular projects.

   If anybody can help me get into the swing of putting my ideas into action please drop me a line... Im a willing and able student.
